Little Broken Hearts is the new album from Norah Jones. It has been on repeat every where I go. The whole album is spectacular and it is produced by Danger Mouse.
Coral.
I swear I’m obsessed with everything the color of Coral. I am so glad this color is in right now, it looks good with everyone’s skin tone.
This particular color is “tart deco” by Essie.
As an artist and office supply nerd, I love a good notebook. By far my favorite brand and I’m hooked on them is Moleskine notebooks.
They have lined books for me to journal in or even to write notes in. They also have blank ones for me to sketch in. Love!
Plus, they look really cool.
French Do It Better…
I have been in this incubator of art, music and fashion for a few months now and let’s say its a return to my roots after a long hiatus. I am a big believer that all of the arts go hand in hand and contribute and inspire the rest of the arts like a big chain.
In my findings, I have always been attracted to French electro house, especially of the Ed Banger Records variety. For some reason like a CD I have, “French Do It Better.” The French just have the “IT” factor that I’m looking for and some how, what they do with music always puts me in a good mood, inspires me and astounds me. I guess that ingredient is passion, a passion for making something soul stirring.
In my quest this past week to be inspired to work on my art, I found the artist Darius, whose real name is Terence and is one half of the French electro house duo Cherokee. Amazing music coming from this man. Two songs that have caught my attention are “Maliblue” and “Velour” off of the CD Velour. Awesome music. Enjoy.
I am really obsessed with the clothing site, modcloth. Seriously, I look at the clothes on this site almost every day.

The Mau5, Deadmau5.
For the past two months I have been playing the CD “Random Album Title” by Deadmau5. It has been in my car, on my phone,IPod, playing in my CD player at home, online…everywhere. I’m obsessed. I’m a huge electronic music fan so I will listen to almost anything in the electronic genre. This CD has changed my life.
This CD has made me happy, caused me to be focused, made me feel good and brought my creativity back every time I play this CD. So on that note, who says music can not inspire, influence and change the world one person at a time?
So here is my favorite song on this CD. “Aguru” by Deadmau5.
